Multi-Setting Clinical Experience

Outpatient, IOP, PHP, residential, crisis, and inpatient psychiatric care

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, an institution recognized for its emphasis on evidence-based practice, multicultural competence, ethical decision-making, and integrating psychological theory with real-world clinical experience. My graduate training reinforced the importance of meeting clients where they are while continually developing as a reflective, lifelong learner.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with clients across a broad range of treatment settings, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the behavioral healthcare continuum. My experience includes outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), residential treatment, crisis intervention, and inpatient psychiatric care. Working across these levels of care has given me an appreciation for continuity of treatment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping clients navigate complex mental health needs throughout their recovery.

My Supervision Philosophy

As a clinician and leader, I believe supervision should be more than fulfilling a licensure requirement. It should be a place where clinicians feel comfortable asking questions, exploring difficult cases, strengthening their clinical judgment, and developing confidence in their professional identity.

My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in practical application. I strive to create an environment where supervisees receive honest feedback, are encouraged to think critically, and feel supported as they grow into competent, ethical, and confident clinicians.

Reflective Practice

We slow down to examine not just what you did, but why — exploring the assumptions, values, and blind spots that shape your clinical decisions.

Strengths-Based Growth

Supervision should build on what you already do well. I help you identify and amplify your natural clinical strengths while gently expanding your edges.

Ethical Grounding

Ethical practice isn't a checklist — it's a way of being. We'll work through real ethical dilemmas with nuance, not just rules.

Sustainable Career

I care about your long-term wellbeing as a clinician. We'll talk about burnout, boundaries, and building a practice that sustains you for decades.

"Whether you're beginning your post-graduate career or looking for a supervisor who is invested in your long-term professional development, I would be honored to be part of your journey."
