Do you supervise LAPCs working toward their LPC?

Do you supervise LPC candidates (post-graduate)?

Yes. I provide clinical supervision that counts toward Pennsylvania LPC licensure requirements. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) in good standing in Pennsylvania.

Will you help me with the LAPC or LPC application itself?

Yes. Beyond logging hours, I'll help you navigate the actual application process — understanding the paperwork, what documentation you need, how to present your supervised experience, and what to expect at each step. You won't have to figure it out alone.

Do you supervise master's-level practicum students?

Yes, I work with master's-level students in practicum placements as well as post-graduate clinicians accumulating supervised hours toward licensure.

Can you supervise clinicians pursuing licensure outside of Pennsylvania?

Possibly. Every state sets its own rules about who qualifies as an approved supervisor — including whether the supervisor must hold a license in that state, what training or certifications are required, and what documentation formats are accepted. Some states will accept an out-of-state supervisor if they meet that state's requirements; others require the supervisor to be licensed in that jurisdiction. I'm happy to discuss your situation during a free consultation, but it is your responsibility to verify that my qualifications meet your state's specific requirements before we begin.

Is supervision available virtually?

Yes. All supervision is conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This allows me to work with clinicians throughout Pennsylvania — and potentially out-of-state — regardless of location.

How often do we meet?

Most supervisees meet weekly or biweekly, depending on their licensure requirements, caseload, and personal preference. We'll discuss frequency during our initial consultation.

How long are supervision sessions?

Individual sessions are typically 50–60 minutes. Group supervision sessions are typically 90 minutes to allow adequate time for case presentations and group discussion.

What does supervision cost?

Accepted Answer

Individual supervision is $75 per hour. Group supervision is $45 per hour. Payment is due at the time of service. I do not bill insurance for supervision.

Do you provide supervision notes?

Yes. After each session, I provide supervision notes that document the date, duration, topics covered, and any goals or action items. These notes support your licensure application.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Life happens — I try to be flexible, and I ask for the same in return.
