What to Expect
Supervision with me is collaborative, honest, and grounded in your real clinical experience. Here's how we work together:
Free Consultation
We start with a free 15-minute call to talk about your goals, your current caseload, and whether we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.
Supervision Agreement
We'll review and sign a supervision agreement that outlines expectations, goals, confidentiality, and the logistics of our work together.
Ongoing Sessions
We meet regularly — weekly or biweekly — to work through cases, process challenges, and track your growth toward licensure and beyond.
Documentation
You'll receive supervision notes after each session to support your licensure application and maintain a clear record of your supervised hours.
Who I Supervise
I work with associate and pre-licensed clinicians at multiple stages of their journey — from LAPC associates working toward their LPC, to post-graduate residents accumulating supervised hours. I also support clinicians through the LAPC and LPC application process itself, not just the hours. I welcome clinicians from a range of theoretical orientations and practice settings.
- LAPC associates working toward LPC licensure
- LPC candidates (post-graduate, accumulating hours)
- Master's-level practicum students
- Clinicians in outpatient, IOP, PHP, or residential settings
- Clinicians navigating the LAPC or LPC application process
- Out-of-state clinicians (eligibility varies by state — see FAQ)
Clinicians Outside Pennsylvania
I may be able to provide supervision for clinicians pursuing licensure in states other than Pennsylvania. Every state sets its own rules about who qualifies as an approved supervisor, whether the supervisor must hold an in-state license, and what documentation is required. Some states will accept an out-of-state supervisor if they meet that state's requirements — others require the supervisor to be licensed in that jurisdiction.
If you are pursuing licensure outside of Pennsylvania, it is your responsibility to verify that my qualifications meet your state's supervision requirements before we begin. I'm happy to discuss this during a free consultation.
